Project Investment & Installation Terms

Our doors are highly technical structural components that require extreme precision during survey, manufacturing, and installation. We operate under clear, straightforward professional terms:

• Onsite Survey & Measure Up: We charge £80 + VAT for an expert, on-site structural measurement survey. This guarantees that your bespoke frame and door assembly are engineered to the millimetre.

• Payment Terms: To begin manufacturing your bespoke acoustic assembly, payment for the doorset is required in full on order. The remaining installation balance is settled strictly on completion.

• Logistical Surcharges: Due to their massive structural density, these architectural doorsets are super heavy. Please note that an additional handling surcharge applies to projects requiring the transport of doors up or down stairs.
