What is BASWA Phon Base?

The BASWA Phon Base system is a single-coat acoustic plaster solution utilizing a slightly coarser grain profile (0.7 mm) than its counterpart finishes, Fine or Top. This structural composition delivers unique advantages: a robust, finely textured surface, short installation windows, and an incredibly resilient final finish.

The system relies on high-density supporting mineral panels adhered directly to solid concrete or plasterboard substrates. Once secured, our factory-trained craftsmen apply a single, precision-trowelled coating of the microporous BASWA Phon Base marble aggregate compounds. Sound waves easily pass through this microporous marble surface, getting trapped and neutralized within the core insulation layer rather than bouncing back into the room.
